Care and Health Law is pleased to
announce that it is moving into the 21st Century by enabling site visitors to
download podcasts from time to time. The first is about the Mental Capacity
Act, and is sponsored by the Department of Health. It will be available for
downloading one week before 9th March 2007.
We hope that this will become a popular means by which to organise training for
small numbers of listeners/viewers, as an alternative to conventional classroom
training events. The podcasts can be stopped whenever your group wants to
discuss a point, and used over and over again, when it suits the staff or other
users. The only equipment you need is a PC with windows media player, and audio
speakers, a projector and screen if you have a larger group, and an internet
connection, preferably broadband.
